1. Go to the Map
2. Type in the Pantheon number, into the pan box
(see the image). ie: 243
3. Press enter
Note: sometimes this does not work first time, you might need to do it 2 or 3 times.

About pan upgrades
Resource costs for 1 load are:
level 1 pan - 10,000 or each resource (Timber,Bronze, Grain)
level 2 pan - 15,000 or each resource (Timber,Bronze, Grain)
level 3 pan - 20,000 or each resource (Timber,Bronze, Grain)
level 4 pan - 25,000 or each resource (Timber,Bronze, Grain)
once all level 4 upgrades are done the pan is at level 5, and complete
